PRST is currently looking for a NCCCO Crane Operator for a High Rise in Lexington, KY
Core Duties
Control Lifts: Use levers and joysticks to raise, lower, and rotate loads smoothly.
Safety Checks: Inspect the crane every day before starting work.
Talk with Crew: Use two-way radios or hand signs to chat with workers on the ground.
Read Charts: Check load charts to make sure weights never go past safe limits.
Watch Weather: Stop working right away if high winds or bad storms start.
Job Requirements
Certifications: Valid NCCCO tower crane certification or equivalent.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Past experience on heavy construction sites.
Physical Health: Ability to climb tall ladders and pass drug tests and physical exams.
Skills: Great hand-eye coordination, focus, and math skills for weight and distance.
