Advanced Tradesmen has an opening for a Bore Operator on a Vermeer 23x30 directional drill near West Wendover, NV. Utility project, about 3 months of steady work, and the seat is open now - we can start you right away.
Pay: $83.00 per hour, with fringe benefits paid separately on the side.
Scope of work:
- Run the Vermeer 23x30 on utility bores - set up, shoot the bore, steer to plan
- Manage drill fluid and downhole conditions; read the locator and adjust
- Move the water truck and support equipment between setups (CDL required)
- Keep the drill serviced and the crew productive
Requirements:
- 3+ years of directional drill experience (Vermeer 23x30 or similar rigs)
- CDL - you'll be moving the water truck and equipment
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
