Licensed Journeyman Electrician $42-$45/HR – Northlake, TX – Commercial Project

PRST is hiring a Licensed Journeyman Electrician for a commercial electrical project in Northlake, TX. This one is for someone who can work independently, knows their way around electrical layouts, and gets installations done safely and efficiently.

Pay: $42-$45/hr DOE - potential up to $50/hr for top-tier experience.

Scope of work:

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, layouts, and specifications
• Install electrical panels and related equipment
• Run, measure, cut, bend, and install conduit/pipe
• Rope and wire complete units from start to finish
• Pull, route, and organize electrical wire and cable
• Perform electrical rough-in and installation work
• Install boxes, supports, and other electrical components as needed
• Troubleshoot basic installation issues and make necessary adjustments
• Coordinate with other electricians and trades on the jobsite
• Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level electrical experience with a current license
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation
• Confident reading and working from electrical drawings and blueprints
• Experience installing panels and running conduit
• Able to rope and wire an entire unit
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic electrical hand tools and required PPE
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
