{"id":1337,"date":"2026-07-31T10:57:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T14:57:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/job\/sheet-metal-mechanics-apple-grove-wv\/"},"modified":"2026-07-31T10:57:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T14:57:13","slug":"sheet-metal-mechanics-apple-grove-wv","status":"publish","type":"rt_job","link":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/es\/job\/sheet-metal-mechanics-apple-grove-wv\/","title":{"rendered":"Mec\u00e1nica de chapa \u2013 Apple Grove, Virginia Occidental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics and Fabricators for commercial and industrial work in Apple Grove, West Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>$750 a week per diem on top of $25-$40 an hour, running 50 to 60 hours a week on 10-hour days, Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p>What you will be doing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabricate sheet metal components, fittings, transitions and assemblies from shop drawings and project specifications<\/li>\n<li>Measure, mark, cut, bend, roll and form sheet metal using hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment<\/li>\n<li>Install HVAC duct systems, fittings and supports to project requirements<\/li>\n<li>Perform layout work and field modifications as needed<\/li>\n<li>Meet quality standards, project specifications and applicable codes<\/li>\n<li>Follow all company, customer and OSHA safety requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous sheet metal fabrication or mechanical installation experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with the hand tools and equipment used in the sheet metal trade<\/li>\n<li>Your own hand tools for sheet metal fabrication and installation work<\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to the jobsite<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work overtime when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply through RoadTrades and your resume goes straight to the recruiter.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":457,"template":"","class_list":["post-1337","rt_job","type-rt_job","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rt_job\/1337","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rt_job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/rt_job"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/457"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/roadtrades.com\/es\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1337"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
